The first 5.4 miles of the 15-20 miles of MTB trail system are Easy to Moderate, and feature four loops linked by a high-speed connector.
Trails are being built in coordination with MTB Atlanta. Workdays will be scheduled when we are ready to start the next section of trails.
The mandatory first step for all Scouting projects is to contact John Sims, Scoutmaster, Troop 57 (Newnan) and Coweta District Member at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information and directions. Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Venture Scouts are encouraged to consider projects in the Park for Service Projects, Conservation Projects, and Eagle Scout Projects, etc. There are many opportunities including small and large bridges, numerous benches and tables, and spur trails, just to name a few. All projects will be considered so request one of the projects above or we encourage you to design your own project and submit it for review.
